Practicing yoga through the pregnancy is not about getting stronger in your yoga practice. It is about getting your body, mind and spirit ready for labor and birth. It is about connecting to your breath so you can connect to your baby. It is about feeling how strong your body is and trusting its wisdom. And also about reconnecting to that sacred femininity power and wisdom.
